Annual Report of Marsal Sadan Project
    (2016-2017)

    Dear loving Sponsors,
Greetings and Prayerful wishes from Marsal Sadan!
Indeed we are so much obliged to you for the invariable support and encouragement that you have rendered during the academic year of 2016-17 for the holistic growth of our hostel tribal children. We are very thrilled to write down about the performance of St. Claret Hostel, Sahanagar.

    Introduction:
Every blessings of the Lord is a vivid sign that God still loves us. But the reciprocity of this love is to be seen in each of us by loving the gift of God the children. Unlike other group, santhals are very strong in physically as well as emotionally. Unfortunately, they are paralyzed by their poor economical condition and the existing social stigma. As a result, they are not able to come up in the lives and considered to be the most neglected group in the society. They try their best to educate their children but fail in all ways due to their economic conditions. Hence to provide a greater chance for the growth of this section of people St. Claret Hotel, Sahanagar was started.

The unique purpose of the hostel is to bring social change in the Santhal tribal through qualitative English Education and holistic formation. Thus hostel provides the Santhal Children not only proper education but motivate them in all ways possible. There are two hostels set in the campus. It is functioned under the guidance of Fr.Anjan Kumar Nayak and Fr. Joseph Selvaraj the superior of the mission and the hostel in charge. We have also four other priests who render their service in various forms.
